Once you have placed an order you will be emailed an order confirmation outlining the details of your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us, please email us or get in contact asap.
Except for bespoke /customised orders, orders must be cancelled within 24 hours over this time your item/s may be on the way to you and you will be responsible for the postage return.
Harmony Designs reserves the right to refuse to accept your order due to the following:
I create most items to order, my aim is to dispatch items promptly within 2 - 5 days of receipt of payment. If the items are in stock I can usually dispatch the same day, excluding weekends, bank holidays.
To help you, each piece will have a despatch time listed in the product description drop down box. I will contact you as soon as possible if the dispatch time is longer than 5 days.
Please note: The dispatch time may be longer for larger orders over 5 items.
Bespoke orders will vary, each order will be individually designed to your requirements, accurate dispatch time will be given to you after details and design have been finalised.
An approximate guide: if I have the required materials I can usually despatch within 10 days of receipt of payment if not sooner.
Your jewellery pieces will be delicately wrapped in my hand printed tissue and placed in an organza gift pouch.
Your items will be securely packaged for posting and whenever possible I will use good quality recycled material.
I am happy to send your gift directly for you it's no extra cost.
Just choose to have your item delivered to a different address when going through the checkout process

If you need to send to multiple addresses, please do one order per address.

I use UK Royal Mail to deliver my pieces to the UK and Internationally.
I want to keep my postage charges as low as I can for you and they are checked regularly for changes.
I do not make a profit out of postage, I feel this is unfair. Please note your jewellery will be well packaged to stop risks of damage. It will not fit into a large envelope depth parcel.
For non-complication, safety and fairness I have opted for the following charges.

We currently ship to selected international countries. If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us to confirm if we can ship to you.
Delivery times may be longer at busy holiday times of the year. Also, your parcel may be delayed by your own country's Customs Department and this is something that I cannot predict.
Will automatically be combined to keep your shipping costs down.
This can be possible so please contact me before you place the order.
I have always found UK Royal Mail very reliable, cost effective and on time, however, the postal system can good wrong, this is rare but If your order is slightly late I cannot be held responsible. Sorry.
Please ensure that the address provided is complete and is accurate (including postcode or zip code). If an item is returned due to the address being incorrect. You will be contacted and redelivery arranged. There will be additional postage charges to pay for the order to be re-shipped.
The buyers are responsible for all customs handling charges applied by the destination country.
In my experience this is extremely rare, however, in the unfortunate event that your order goes missing, please contact me as soon as possible.
I will immediately file for loss. Responses can take up to 5 days from the time of filing.
Sadly I cannot file as lost until 20 working days for EU deliveries and 25 working days have passed for the rest of the world. Because I use a tracked/ signed for delivery, the investigation will be shorter than untracked.
A refund can be issued once the parcel has been declared 'missing' by the postal service.
