HarmonyDesigns is never in possession of your credit card details.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards that can be used for 'cardholder not present' transactions. Please note that we do not accept payment from Diners Club cards. You can pay using any of the major credit/debit cards online.

We will accept payment by cheque, please select this option at checkout.  Your order will be dispatched as soon as it has cleared our bank. If it is under £100 this should be the day we receive your cheque. Orders over £100 in one cheque value will take up to 4 - 5 working days. 

In common with other distant selling organisations orders placed with us against a credit card payment will be subject to a pre-authorisation check with your bank at the time of ordering. If pre-authorisation is successful your bank will place the authorisation value on a temporary hold on your account until the final payment is taken by us. At the time final payment is taken by us, your bank will automatically release the authorisation value on hold.

HarmonyDesigns will not accept liability for any loss or consequential loss for the failure of your bank to release an authorisation value that has not been successfully matched by your bank to a final payment. Unmatched authorisations will normally be released by your bank between 5-10 working days, depending upon your bank. For further information on this process please check with your bank.

Payment must be received in full before the dispatch of any goods.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or wrongly described goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department, Citizen's Advice Bureau or local equivalent

A person who is not a party to these Terms shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. 16.5. These Terms shall be governed by English law and we both agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
