I am happy to accept returns and exchanges – changed your mind? that’s fine.

Please read the following:

  • Please contact me as soon as possible.
  • Do not return any items without having contacted me first. I will give you a return address details or discuss an exchange with you.
  • The item will need to be returned no later than 14 days of receipt of the delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for return postage costs and the return of the goods, so I suggest returning the items using the same postal service you paid for and keep your proof of postage receipts
  • The customer will be responsible for any loss in value.
  • When the item has been received and checked. A refund will be issued asap, excluding postage paid, or exchange will be organised.

As you can appreciate returned item/s must be:

  • Returned in top condition.
  • Have not been used/worn.
  • Returned in the original gift box/bag.
  • Posted in suitable packaging to avoid damage.

I pride myself in creating good quality jewellery and I ensure each piece leaves me well packaged and in top condition. However, if the item: arrive damaged, faulty or if there is believed to be an error by myself. Please follow the instructions below:

Item(s) arrived damaged.
  • Please contact me as soon as possible.
  • Please keep hold of the packaging as I may require it to processes a claim for compensation. (Royal mail like to view original packaging).
  • The item will need returning as soon as possible, return postage costs will be refunded. (using the same postage as the item was delivered by)
  • I will give you a return address details.
  • If possible I will endeavour to get replacement item to you upon the turn of the damaged or broken item with no delivery charges for re-delivery.
Item(s) is Faulty / Error
  • Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss the problem.
  • The item will need returning as soon as possible, return postage costs will be refunded. (using the same postage as the item was delivered by.
  • I will give you a return address details.
  • If possible I will endeavour to get replacement item to you upon the turn of the damaged or broken item with no delivery charges for redelivery, or a refund will be made to you.

The customer is responsible for the return of the goods, so I suggest returning the items using the same signed for postal service you paid for and keep your proof of postage receipts.

I am sorry, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, faulty or there is an error by myself.

  • Earings - Due to hygiene.

Any refund will be paid into the bank account, credit card or debit card you used for the original payment of your purchased item/s.

Total returns/claims of any kind whatever and however arising in respect of, or resulting from, any goods supplied by harmony designs to the customer shall not exceed the price of the purchased goods. Except for postage refunding due to an item being deemed damaged or faulty.
